Hello Members and others wishing to try our Wednesday classes!
As of November 6, 2019 our Wednesday classes will be switching from a specialized sport sparring class back to the regular class routine. Sparring will continue to be incorporated into the weekly routine along with other traditional Taekwondo on a frequent basis.

Although some sport Taekwondo is involved in our curriculum, the school is more focused on strong traditional technique, self-defense, and the proper execution of forms and basics.
