February 24, 2025 – February 27, 2025These classes are a mixture of cardio, traditional martial arts and partner exercises. Although some sport Taekwondo is involved in our curriculum, the school is more focused on strong traditional technique, self-defense, and the proper execution of forms and basics. Some of the time in class is also spent in learning aspects of Korean language and rules of conduct known as the Taekwondo tenets. The aim is to build strength, self-confidence, and flexibility while getting in shape and learning.
Adult Taekwondo Class–
